Red Crescent Youth Red crescent is an international organization. Honorable Jean Hereary Dunant is the founder of Red Cross & Red Crescent. “I serve” is the main motto of red crescent youth and to follow the seven guiding principles. In Bangladesh, Bangladesh government give an order and make “Bangladesh Red Crescent Society” in 4th January 1972. In 27th December 2009 Education ministry also give an order to open red crescent youth unit in every school & colleges. In our college we opened our unit since 2010. Indoor & outdoor we are working for humanity. Already we arranged a lot of program like-winter cloth distribution, blood donation, first aid training, tree plantation & distribution, earth quake contingency planning program, friendship enchanting tour, picnic, football & cricket tournament, peace procession, search & rescue program, literature & cultural competition and observe national day’s. When bahadderhat flyover was broken down & the disaster of “Mohasen” was came into the area we worked there. In every year we make a committee of 11th members by direction of our principle and superintendence of our professor in charge for our yearly program and maintaining RCY rules.
